Early morning in Al Zheba beach elderly fisher man wait patiently. Younger and much stronger man took the boats to the sea for the chance of a catch of a lifetime. These friendly and simple man are enjoying as i take their portraits. I ask one of them to close his eyes. He had such a hard time. Of course I thought to my self, these man trained all their lives to develop a sharp eye in order to get the most out of the sea.
Finally boats are back. Everyone glaze at the catch. “It’s not the same as it used to be” - they say.
Fishermen proudly show me the catch of the day. No discouragement. Tomorrow maybe be better. Inshallah
